Dr. Hassan Naggar, geboren 1935 in Aleppo, ist ein syrischer Facharzt für Chirurgie mit jahrzehntelanger internationaler Erfahrung in Deutschland, Marokko, Syrien und der Türkei. Nach seinem Medizinstudium an der Universität Istanbul 1959 absolvierte er Weiterbildungen in Innerer Medizin und Chirurgie am Oststadt-Krankenhaus u Hannover. In den späten 1960er-Jahren leitete er die chirurgische Abteilung des Krankenhauses Youssoufia in Marokko. Zwischen 1970 und 1980 arbeitete er als Chirurg in Aleppo und war Mitbegründer des Aleppo Specialist Hospital. Nach politischer Verfolgung 1980 siedelte er nach Deutschland über und führte ab 1981 eine erfolgreiche chirurgische Praxis in Stuttgart. Dr. Naggar war über zwanzig Jahre Präsident der ARABMED in Europa und baute wissenschaftliche sowie humanitäre Kooperationen auf, darunter die Gründung einer arabischsprachigen medizinischen Fachzeitschrift. Er leitete zahlreiche humanitäre Missionen in Afghanistan, Bosnien, Gaza sowie in afrikanische und asiatische Regionen. Zudem war er Mitbegründer einer Notfallklinik in Antakya zur Versorgung syrischer Kriegsverletzter und koordinierte medizinische Hilfsteams und Unterstützungsprogramme für Geflüchtete. Er spricht Arabisch, Deutsch und Türkisch

الدكتور حسان نجّار، من مواليد عام 1935 في حلب، هو جرّاح سوري يتمتع بخبرة دولية واسعة في ألمانيا والمغرب وسوريا وتركيا. تخرّج في كلية الطب بجامعة إسطنبول عام 1959، وتابع تخصصه في الطب الداخلي والجراحة في مستشفى Oststadt في هانوفر. في أواخر الستينيات تولّى رئاسة قسم الجراحة في مستشفى اليوسفية بالمغرب، ثم عمل بين عامي 1970 و1980 جرّاحاً في حلب وكان من مؤسسي مستشفى حلب الاختصاصي. بعد تعرضه لملاحقة سياسية عام 1980، انتقل إلى ألمانيا حيث افتتح عيادة جراحية خاصة في شتوتغارت. شغل منصب رئيس اتحاد الأطباء العرب في أوروبا لمدة تزيد عن عشرين عاماً، وأسهم في بناء تعاون علمي وإنساني واسع، وأسس مجلة طبية عربية متخصصة. قاد العديد من البعثات الإغاثية والطبية إلى أفغانستان والبوسنة وغزة وعدة دول في إفريقيا وآسيا. كما شارك في تأسيس عيادة طوارئ في أنطاكية لعلاج جرحى الحرب السوريين، وأشرف على تنسيق الفرق الطبية ودعم مخيمات اللاجئين. يتحدث العربية والألمانية والتركية.

Dr. Hassan Naggar, born in 1935 in Aleppo, is a Syrian surgeon with extensive international experience in Germany, Morocco, Syria, and Turkey. He graduated from the University of Istanbul in 1959 and completed his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine and Surgery at Ost Stadt Hospital and the Research Institute in Hannover. In the late 1960s, he served as Head of Surgery at Youssoufi Hospital in Morocco. From 1970 to 1980, he worked as a surgeon in Aleppo and co-founded the Aleppo Specialist Hospital, where he led the surgical department. Following political persecution in 1980, he relocated to Germany and established a surgical practice in Stuttgart. Dr. Naggar served for over twenty years as President of the Union of Arab Doctors in Europe, fostering scientific and humanitarian partnerships and founding an Arabic-language medical journal. He led numerous medical relief missions to Afghanistan, Bosnia, Gaza, and various African and Asian countries. He also co-founded an emergency clinic in Antakya, Turkey, providing treatment for Syrian war casualties and coordinating medical teams and refugee support services. He is fluent in Arabic and German and proficient in Turkish.
